FREE Things To Do In Seattle 5/21 & 5/22

Green Kirkland, Kiwanis Park, Sat. 5/21  9-noon
Help with restoration work at Kiwanis Park. Be sure to wear work clothes, gloves and if it’s raining, bring the appropriate gear. All ages are welcome but ages 13 and younger need to be with an adult while ages 14 to 17 need a signed waiver. Pre-registration is preferred.

General Aviation Day, Paine Field in Everett, Sat. 5/21  9-3:30pm
Join in for kids’ activities, aircraft displays, flight shows, 5K run (8 am), free 20-minute Young Eagles flights for ages 8 to 17 (parent permission required) and more.

Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience, Seattle, Sat. 5/21  10-8pm
Free admission.

University District StreetFair, Seattle, Sat. 5/21  10-7pm,  Sun. 5/22  10-6pm
Over 350 craft, food and information booths, entertainment, street performers, children’s area and more. Admission is free but you probably will want to bring your wallet.

Lacey Spring Fun Fair, Lacey, Sat. 5/21  10-6pm, Sun. 5/22  11-5pm
Food, entertainment, kids’ activities, arts and crafts, parade and classic car show (Sunday).

Petapalooza, Auburn, Sat. 5/21  10-7pm
Animal-related event with plenty of vendors, pet exams, pet contests, pet parade, inflatable rides, kids’ activities, entertainment stage and more.

Viking Fest, Poulsbo, Sat. 5/21  10-10pm,  5/22  10-4pm
Experience Norway with food, crafts, entertainment, carnival, Viking Village, eating contests, Viking Fest Road Race and more.
