Costco Price Cut: Pork Sirloin Tip Roast

I got my Costco annual rebate check yesterday and headed straight to Costco to cash it in. I was happy to find that the Kirkland Pork Sirloin Tip Roast was just $1.99 lb and the package was $2 off, on top of that. These come in a package of 4 vacuum-packed sirloin roasts so you can cook one and then freeze the other three. So I found the lowest price package to maximize the savings. This offer is good from 10/10/11 to 10/16/11 only so Sunday is the last day you can catch this deal.Kirkland Swift Premium Pork Sirloin Top Roast Costco

You can just roast the pork the traditional way with carrots, onions, celery and potatoes or slice the pork and marinate it overnight. That’s what I did last night by marinating the pork slices in an Asian sauce with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Korean red pepper paste, garlic, ginger, onions and Asian pear. We cooked the pork in the pan this afternoon and ate it with rice and hot sauce in a lettuce wrap.
