I went to load2cardnow.com and discovered that only one of my +UP Rewards posted rather than two since I purchased 2 Stayfree eligible products. I emailed Rite Aid and they were able to fix it.
2 New Policies:
1.) +UP Rewards will be automatically loaded to members’ wellness + cards.
2.) +UP Rewards can be used starting at 6 a.m. on the day after it was earned and will remain valid for 14 days.
So, I normally don’t roll my +UP Reward coupons in the same day so not being able to use it the same day doesn’t bother me (I used to use it in the subsequent week) but not having the physical coupon means I now have to remember how much I have accumulated and when they will expire and which coupons get deducted in purchases. I also don’t like losing control over which +UP Reward coupons to use. Usually I use the ones that will expire first. Oh, well. I’m still grateful for their rewards program and getting awesome deals.
It looks like the Seattle market may include other cities in King County so plan accordingly.
From Rite Aid’s Facebook page:
As we continue to enhance our wellness+ program in ways to deliver even more value and convenience that you’ve been asking for, we’ll be testing an exciting new Load2Card feature in three markets: Richmond, Salt Lake City and Seattle beginning today. In this test, we’re making a few changes: 1) +UP Rewards will be automatically loaded to members’ wellness + cards so you no longer have to worry about keeping track of your paper receipts and 2) a +UP can be used starting at 6 a.m. on the day after it was earned and will remain valid for 14 days. Nothing has changed outside these test markets – the +UP’s generated on your register receipt can still be used on same-day next purchases.
