The 6-quart oval stoneware is heavy so be careful when washing it. I accidentally dropped mine in the sink and it chipped. The digital timer counts down your cooking time and when it’s done cooking at either high or low heat, it automatically switches to ‘warm’. I bought this last year and have yet to use the Little Dipper but I imagine it might be good for fondue.
