Acacia is a hardwood with beautiful rich grains and can be used as a carving board or as a cheese server. The manufacturer states that the handles will never rust. The board size is 16″ x 16″ x 1.3″ (40.64 cm x 40.64 cm x 3.5 cm).
Care Instructions:
Apply a food safe mineral oil to the block once every 3 weeks.
Hand-wash the block with light soap and rinse with warm water.
Do not soak the block in water for any period of time.
Polish the handles with a dry cloth and do not use any polishing chemicals.
