The Nordic Ware Ebelskiver Pan makes seven 2-1/4-inch traditional Danish filled pancakes. The heavy cast aluminum is designed to ensure even heating. Fill each cup 3/4 full with pancake batter and add 1-2 tablespoons of filling. Cook for about a minute or until golden and then use a non-metal utensil to flip the pancakes. Hand washing recommended with mild detergent.
The Great Breakfast Book is filled with recipes to enjoy and is included with this package.
