The T-Fal 5 Quart Hard Anodized Covered Deep Saute Pan has a non-stick interior for easy cleaning and a hard anodized aluminum exterior for durability. It’s oven safe up to 350 degrees F/ 176.67 degrees C. The manufacturer states the non-stick interior is metal-utensil safe, durable and scratch resistant. A glass lid is included.
There is no PFOA, no lead and no cadmium.
I did end up purchasing this pan and so far, it seems to be working fine for those one-skillet meals. Be sure to season the pan according to manufacturer instructions. T-Fal# D9008264.
