This is my weekly series that will keep you up to date on what’s new at Costco, what deals are ending soon and other good things.
One new item I spotted at Costco this week is Organic by Nature Butternut Squash, which can be found in the freezer section. I usually don’t buy frozen veggies at Costco because it’s just too much to cook for a meal and by the next meal, I’m greeted with freezer burn. But what I love about this product is that it comes in 4 individual bags. Each steamer bag is microwavable and just takes 6 minutes. You can also cook it on the stove top or roast it in the oven. This grower owned brand is 100% organic, pesticide free, non-GMO, frozen within hours of harvest and in a BPA-free package. It’s priced at $6.89 for 4 pounds. Item #1007400.
