This multi-purpose structure is great for dining, entertaining or just spending time outside. Costco has the Sunjoy Conner Screen Room 12′ x 14′ priced at $1.599.99. While supplies last.
Each post is constructed of aluminum with steel inserts for additional structural strength. Corner posts have three holes for installing expansion bolts to hold down the screen room.
When properly anchored into concrete using expansion bolts the screen room can withstand winds of 46 miles per hour (37 mph when anchored into soil).
The polycarbonate panels are UV resistant and let the sun shine in while keeping the rain and wind out.
The interior center hook holds up to 33 lbs. so you can hang a light.
Sliding screen doors on all four sides allow easy access for dining and entertaining.
Speaking from personal experience, this can be a tripping hazard so be careful!

Screen room must be assembled on a flat level surface and be attached to the ground using the supplied anchors into a concrete base or other suitable anchoring system.
