Buyer beware! Got this wine cooler and it did okay for 10 months. Then it went through a couple of days making rattling noises and quit cooling. Then the noise went away and it would only cool the lower section not the upper section. Terrible support by TwinStar, the manufacturer. All they wanted to do was ship parts, went through a question and answer where the persons tried to put words into your mouth about the machine. Not very nice or cooperative. I note that Costco has quit selling the item we bought. I think there may be a latent quality problem and they really do not want to help getting it running right again. Have to call a refrigeration repair person and waiting to see what that will bring. It really irks me when someone sells you something with an alleged warranty and the warranty turns out to be worthless and they try to dodge the issues.

    • I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Products should last longer than 10 months! If you purchased this from Costco, you can return it at any time.
