According to the manufacturer, this playset is only for use in residential areas and is intended for up to 12 children ages 3 to 10 with a maximum weight of 110 lb. per child.
This 550-pound playset comes with a step-by-step DVD and takes approximately 12 hours for 2 people to build. Tools for assembly are not included.
