The Circulon Roaster with Rack has a nonstick surface that makes cleanup quick and easy. The roaster has large, cast aluminum handles and the nonstick rack has flip up handles for easy carrying. It is oven safe to 500• F/ 260• C. The roaster measures 18″ x 15″ / 45.7 cm x 38.1 cm.
