Costco has their White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake on sale for $13.99 (after manufacturer’s instant rebate), now through December 15, 2013. That is $2 off Costco’s regular price of $15.99.
The White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake is a very rich and tasty cake that can be found in the refrigerated cases in Costco’s bakery department. It starts with a vanilla cake, topped with raspberry filling and white chocolate mousse. Then it’s covered with a chocolate ganache and white chocolate accents. I purchased this cake today and thought it was pretty good. There seemed to be too much mousse for my taste though, and I would have preferred more cake to balance it out.
It weighs approximately 43 ounces.
