This is my weekly series that will keep you up to date on all things Costco. With this being a holiday weekend, I’ll keep this short and sweet.

For those of you shopping at the Covington, WA Costco, there are two roadshows this weekend: Sabatino’s and Peter & Pat’s Pierogies. They were selling a lot of product quickly so let’s hope they have enough left for Sunday.
Sabatinos offers Apple Chicken Sliders (2 lbs for $10.99), Quinoa & Kale Chicken Patties (2 lbs for $12.49), Chicken Sausage with Artichoke & Mozzarella (3 lbs for $13.99), Green Chile Chicken Sausage (3 lbs for $13.99), and Garlic & Basil Chicken Meatballs (32 oz for $13.89). These products are great because you just heat and serve.
Peter & Pat’s Pierogies offers Potato Kale Cheddar Pierogies, Potato & Sautéed Onion Pierogies, 4 Cheese & Potato Pierogies, and Potato Jalapeno Cheddar Pierogies. All varieties are $11.99 for 3 pounds. I ended up purchasing two bags of Pierogies (one onion and one 4 cheese), the Apple Chicken Sliders and Garlic & Basil Chicken Meatballs.
