Nonstick Wok Features:
- Thermolon – ceramic non-stick coating made from a sand derivative
- Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils
- Works best at low to medium settings [but is heat resistant up to 842°F (450°C)]
- Always use a little bit of oil or butter when using your GreenPan [Avoid using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and oil sprays (they carbonize very quickly when the pan is heated and should be avoided when cooking with ceramic non-stick)]
- No PFAS, PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium
Care Instructions:
- Allow cookware to cool completely before washing.
- Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.
- When storing, place a protective sheet in-between your pots and pans to minimize wear and tear.
