This Genie LED Connect Garage Door Opener from Costco is designed for a 7′ high garage doors (for an 8′ high door you would need to order the Genie extension kit part number 39026R from a home improvement store). The built-in battery backup will power the garage door opener for up to 50 cycles after the main power has gone out.
