This classic flat-bottomed wok from Costco is made from aluminized steel that combines superb heat conduction with weight and durability, making it great for stir-frying and sautéing. The 10″ size works great for 1-2 servings. It works best to use on low to medium heat. Hand wash only.
Select Costco locations have the Nordic Ware 10″ Nonstick Wok on sale for $14.99 (after instant savings), now through April 25, 2021. That is $5 off Costco’s regular price of $19.99. Item #1415793. The reviews online are mixed – some folks say the nonstick coating peels and others say it doesn’t. All products sold at Costco are while supplies last.

- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash only in warm soapy water.
- CAUTION, handle will become hot during cooking.
- ALWAYS use an oven mitt when handling a hot pan.
- Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating pattern on cooking surface.
- Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stove.
- Do NOT leave pan on hot burner unattended.
- Do NOT allow it to boil dry.
- Cooking with oil or butter is optional. However, it does improve cooking performance and the taste of most food.
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should NOT be used on nonstick surfaces.
- Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
