Hard anodized aluminum with a diamond-infused ceramic interior allows for high-heat cooking up to 600°F degrees, so you can sear and crisp up food with very minimal oil or butter. The gem inspired exterior colors along with the durable gold finished stainless steel handles really make a statement in the kitchen. These pans are safe for all stovetops except for induction.
