These weights have really easy-to-use selection dials that you can adjust in 2.5 lb increments, starting from 5 lbs and going up to 52.5 lbs (up to the first 25 lbs).
But wait, there’s more. lol. You also get the Bowflex SelectTech Stand with Media Rack. Having this stand helps protect your lower back so you’re not bending down to pick up heavy weights off of the floor. The stand also has a media rack where you can place your phone or tablet and watch training videos (like from the Bowflex SelectTech App) or listen to music to pump you up for your workout. Be sure to inspect the weights prior to each use for wear and tear or damage.
