Have you seen the new Chocolate Cheesecake at the Costco bakery? I’m a fan of Costco’s vanilla cheesecake so I was definitely going to give this version a try. There’s a crunchy chocolate cookie crust, topped with a sweet and tangy chocolate cheesecake, and then finish with swirls of chocolate whipped cream. While it is tasty, I felt it needed a few more notes of flavor. Like the vanilla cheesecake that Costco sells, it’s a good foundation to add your own favorite toppings. After adding some caramel sauce, chopped peanuts, and vanilla whipped cream, it was a hit.
How much is the Chocolate Cheesecake?

I purchased mine at the Covington, Washington Costco in the refrigerated section of the bakery department. The best way to find out if your local Costco carries it, is to call your local Costco and ask. It’s Costco item #1645735. Visit costco.com to find your warehouse contact information.
What about allergens in the KS Chocolate Cheesecake?
You will find the allergens labeled on each package. The allergens listed are wheat, egg, milk, and soy. And it’s produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.
