The design allows for rapid and efficient heating whether you’re stir frying Asian cuisine, sautéing veggies, searing or browning meat. The wok is a bit heavy and the handle is a bit long for a one-handed food flip but metal utensils are safe to use in the wok.

Care Instructions
- While the wok is preseasoned with sunflower seed oil, for best results use a touch of cooking oil before each use.
- The first few times you use the wok, it may change colors from blue to brown. It will eventually darken to black.
- Only cook on low to medium heat. Do NOT put cookware under oven broiler.
- Do NOT soak in water. Hand wash and dry immediately to prevent rusting.
