Sometimes you need an effortless dinner and the Kirkland Signature Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes from Costco fit the bill. And in about an hour, dinner is ready! The meatloaf was flavorful and has a sweet tomato glaze while the seasoned mashed potatoes get an extra hit of salt from the melted butter.

Cooking / Heating Instructions
- OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
2. Remove the clear lid, cover with foil and place on a sheet tray.
3. Place it on the center rack of the oven.
4. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F as read by a thermometer.
