Costco’s new Southwest Wrap with Rotisserie Chicken is certainly eye-catching with its deep red tortilla wrap that’s stuffed with chicken, cheese, black beans, corn, peppers, onions, and spinach. The four wraps come with a chipotle dip to give it a nice extra kick in flavor.
Each Kirkland Signature Southwest Chicken Wrap is one serving and while they look huge, they don’t actually contain much chicken. I’m not a fan of the texture of Costco’s tortilla wraps so I ended up dumping the stuffing on top of lettuce that I had in the fridge to make a southwest salad instead. While these chicken wraps make for a fast and convenient lunch, I don’t know that I would buy it again. Plus, it should come with an extra dip.

The Kirkland Signature Southwest Wrap with Rotisserie Chicken is $6.99 per pound at select locations (same day delivery prices are higher). The average package is around 2.5 pounds and costs around $17 – $18.
