Summer is right around the corner, and Costco is welcoming in the season with their Peaches and Cream Bar Cake. I’m the only peach fan in the family so this cake is pretty much all mine. lol.
The Kirkland Signature Peaches and Cream Bar Cake is a delicate white cake with layers of peach jam and whipped cream. It reminds me of Korean bakery cakes with fruit in them.
Some of my family ended up giving it a try, but scraped out the peach jam. I ended up scraping out the massive amounts of whipped cream. It was just a bit much. Overall, I really enjoyed the cake and I’m glad that I bought it, but I don’t imagine that I would buy it again. I guess I’m not as big a peach fan as I thought.
