If you love making pizzas at home from scratch or baking up a frozen pizza, this set includes two different style pans, depending on what type of pizza you’re making. The 15″ traditional pan is great for thicker crusts and cookie pizzas while the 16″ hot air pizza crisper has tiny holes for airflow for crispier crusts.

Dimension of Pizza Pans:
- Traditional Pizza Pan exterior dimensions: 15″ diameter x 0.63″
- Hot Air Pizza Crisper exterior dimensions: 16″ diameter x 0.67″
How to take care of aluminum pizza pans:
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Dishwasher use is NOT recommended as the pizza pans will discolor, which is merely cosmetic and will not affect the baking properties.
- Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended.
- Avoid metal utensils and scouring pads that may scratch the natural aluminum pans (but will not affect baking performance).
- Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products so these foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
- Oven-safe to 425˚F.
- Always use oven mitts when handling a hot pan.
