Now on to the technical stuff. The HoMedics Air Purifier uses UV-C light technology to kill up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses while the True HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of allergens. It also has a carbon filter that reduces odors and VOC’s and an ionizer that freshens the air. This unit is ideal for bedrooms and family rooms up to 343 sq. ft. and comes with a remote control that you can keep on the nightstand or side table or just store it on the air purifier. The built-in handle makes it easy to transport from room to room when needed.
