Have you spotted the new Snickerdoodle Mini Cakes at the Costco bakery? I saw the word Snickerdoodle, and immediately put these mini cakes in my cart. Each tasty treat starts with a cinnamon swirled butter pound cake that is stuffed with cinnamon cream cheese that’s baked and then topped with a sour cinnamon cream cheese frosting. The frosting was a bit too sour for me but the cake was very tender and delicious.
How much is the Snickerdoodle Mini Cake?
The Kirkland Signature Snickerdoodle Mini Cake costs $7.99, but prices may vary by location. A package of 6 mini cakes weighs in at around 2.75 lbs (44 oz)!
