The Yardistry 12 Ft. x 14 Ft. Contemporary Gazebo looks stunning with cedar wood posts stained in a mocha brown color and a graphite gray aluminum roof that’s sloped for a modern touch and for water drainage. The black powder-coated steel roof trusses in a welded ladder design add a cool visual element, while providing strength and stability. The paint coating is applied electrostatically and heat treated for a textured finish.

Assembly Tips
- Permanent structures may require a building permit.
- Wear gloves during assembly to avoid injury.
- Start with square, solid and level footings, concrete pad or deck to attack your gazebo.
- Double check for possibility of any underground utilities such as gas, electric, telephone, cable, or sprinkler lines BEFORE digging or driving stakes into the ground.
- Do NOT climb or walk on roof.
- Follow all safety warnings in the instruction manual and use OSHA approved safety glasses.
Care Instructions
- Check metal parts for rust. To treat rust, sand and repaint using non-lead paint complying with 16 CFR 1303.
- Inspect and tighten hardware after assembly and after 1st month of use and then annually. Do NOT over-tighten which may crush and splinter wood.
- Check for sharp edges and protruding screw threads and add washers if needed.
- Apply a water repellent or water-based stain to the wood on a yearly basis to maintain product.
- Periodically check wood parts for splintering, deterioration, and structural damage. Sand down splinters and replace deteriorated wood parts. Some small cracks in grain is normal and some gapping may occur at some wood connections.
- Accumulated snow must be removed from the roof.
- Wood is NOT flame retardant and will burn. Fire pits, grills, and chimineas are a fire hazard if placed too close to the wood posts.
