The Covington, WA Costco has a new product on their shelves for dog owners. The Royal Pet Clean Scoop Bags To Go Value Pack is priced at $9.99 and includes 300 bags for pet waste and 2 dispensers. The bag dispensers can attach to your dog’s leash or your belt loop. The bags are stated to be 100% biodegradable and the dispenser is made from recycled plastic.
To load or refill the dispenser, simply twist the end cap to remove the empty roll and insert the new refill and rescrew the end cap.
