Mini Lemon Cakes are back at select Costco locations for a limited time! Hopefully they go on sale this year like they did last year.

I am absolutely loving the Kirkland Signature Mini Lemon Cakes from Costco! They are so good! Each mini lemon cake is topped with some streusel, lemon buttercream icing, white chocolate curls, and a dollop of lemon curd. The cake has a nice subtle vanilla lemon flavor but the buttercream frosting packs a nice sweet lemony punch. Did I mention they’re good? Hopefully Costco keeps this in their yearly rotation of mini cakes!
How much are the Mini Lemon Cakes?

Kirkland Signature Mini Lemon Cakes are now priced at $8.99 at my local Costco (a dollar cheaper than last year!), but prices may vary by location. This 6-pack weighs in at around 3-lbs (48 oz)! Each mini cake (or ginormous cupcake) works out to be just $1.50.
Which locations carry Costco’s Mini Lemon Cake?
I purchased mine at the Covington, Washington Costco in the bakery department. The best way to find out if your local Costco carries it, is to call your local Costco and ask. It’s Costco item #1655333. Visit costco.com to find your warehouse contact information.
What about allergens in the KS Mini Lemon Cake?
You will find the allergens labeled on each package. The allergens listed are wheat, egg, milk, and soy. And it’s produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. If you have rare allergies, please carefully read the ingredient list for information. Be sure to check the label every time you purchase it, in case the ingredients in the recipe change.
